"Agrani New Jersey is a women led charitable non profit organization which supports the most marginalized women to earn their rights in society, improve thier life and well-being, influence decisions in their home and community and connect to networks for support."

We envision a world in which all women, regardless of their culture, ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential. A world where women in USA are honored for their wisdom, celebrated for their leadership and empowered to create change.

Coming together we believe we can educate women in the core competencies of effective and innovative leadership by guiding them  that fills the void created by society’s inadequate investment in development of women’s leadership talent.

Our Vision and Mission

Agrani’s vision is to create a world in which all women determine the course of their lives & reach their full potential and hold their rightful place in society. Our vision is the evolution of a human society around the globe where there is equality of opportunity for women in access to education, health care, work advancement and representation in political and economic decision-making.

Our mission is to attain women leadership and personal development, to which end we focus our efforts on promoting the social, educational, economical, and cultural development of women, including advocating for women’s rights, eliminating discrimination against women, advancing women’s capacities and leadership skills, promoting their participation in the decisions that affect their lives, and amplifying their voices for peace and security at the national and global levels.

Our Goals

We are committed to promote women equality and empower women and girls, and to removing any barriers that prevent full participation of women in the public, professional and political life. We believe in full and inclusive participation by all women and that every women in every community has the right and responsibility to contribute their talents, skills and resources to the work we do, for and with them. We believe in promoting our culture and participation is an essential part of the process of good community promotion and community development. Therefore we consider culture promotion approaches as an critical instruments of Agrani.

    We are committed to work with women from marginalized communities to improve their lives, alleviate their suffering and develop a vision for change that will make a meaningful difference in their lives.

  • Will Agrani partner with other women based organizations?

    We consider partnership as one of our key organizing principle, we are, therefore, committed to developing, maintaining and nurturing partnerships, including alliance and linkages- with institutions and individuals who identify our vision and mission.

  • What is Agrani's belief?

    We believe every woman has the right to be treated with fairness and dignity. We trust each other implicitly, confident in the knowledge that we are all working towards the same goals. Equally, we hold each other responsible and accountable at all levels of the organization for the outcomes of our actions.

  • What is Agrani's plan to achieve its goal?

    To promote our organization values , beliefs and promotions, we have planned the following events for the year. The key events will provide a platform for women to excel in our organization. Our community events will promote our culture and traditions across all communities. Our annual fund raising events will solely dedicated to raise funds to carry out our charitable events and support the programs to promote women leadership.
